Create a life that has room for you, too.

Care deeply for the people and careers you love while making choices that honor your time, energy, and capacity.

You Get to Choose a New Way Forward

There is a part of you that has been running things for a very long time.

She learned to notice what was needed before anyone asked.
To step in.
To carry the mental load.
To make sure everyone else was okay.

I call this the Over-Responsibility Pattern™, the automatic habit of putting everyone else's wants, needs, and well-being before your own.

That way of showing up worked.

It helped you become the woman you are today.

We honor that part of you.

But you're in a different season.

The woman you're becoming deserves to be considered.

You don't have to become less caring, less giving, or less dependable.

You simply get to choose a different way of showing up.

One that makes room for you too.

There Is Still More for You

The dreams you placed on hold.

The ideas you haven't given yourself room to explore.

The version of your life that has been waiting for "someday” or when you have “more time.”

Is still there.

But… The longer you make today's decisions from yesterday's conditioning, you will continue to believe those parts of you have to wait for someday.

When you begin making decisions based on your capacity instead of your conditioning, everything shifts.

Even if years have passed.

Even if you are the family manager.

Even if you have running to-do list in your mind of things that need to be done.

For years, I believed that working hard, striving for excellence, and becoming the person everyone could count on was simply who I was.

It also taught me how to build a life around taking care of others while slowly leaving myself out.

The more I understood the Over-Responsibility Pattern™ in my own life, the more I recognized it in the lives of the high-achieving women I was supporting every day.

That's why I created She Embodies Freedom™.

As a Capacity Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor , I help high-achieving women slow down the automatic instinct to anticipate, manage, and take care of everyone else first, so they can intentionally choose how they want to show up and live today.

CLIENT VOICES

What Changes When You Choose Yourself First

The goal isn’t to stop being there for others.
It’s about doing it in a way that aligns with you.

I am still considered the responsible one, but only when I have the bandwidth for it.

I thought the goal was to do less and say no. That's not what this is at all. I still show up for the people I love. I still lead. I still give. But now I check in with myself first. I ask whether I actually have time and energy for it and that one question has changed my life in so many ways.

Once you see how you're operating, you can't unsee it.

Working with Raychelle helped me recognize that I don't even have "normal" conversations. The whole time someone is talking to me, I’m scanning the conversation asking myself; what will they need, what do I need to fix, do I have time this week to solve their issue. Just this awareness has reduced the tension in my shoulders and the pressure in my chest.

Every decision shapes your life.

The way you show up and operate for others doesn't only influence the big moments.

It shapes the ordinary ones.

The opportunities you never pursue.

The raise or promotion you never ask for.

The conversations you never have.

The healthy reciprocal relationships that never form.

The rest you keep postponing.

The dreams you keep waiting to come back to.

Not because you aren't capable.

Because you've spent years making decisions that didn't include you.

You don't have to keep operating this way.

When you're ready, there is another way forward.
